DropReply ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What We Collect
- Email address — provided when you create an account, used for login and billing notifications
- API usage data — request logs including endpoints called, timestamps, IP addresses, and response codes
- Reply content — the text content you submit through the API for publishing
- Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not use tracking cookies or analytics pixels
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We do not collect data from your social media accounts beyond what is needed to publish replies
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and provide access to the Service
- To process and publish replies on your behalf
- To bill you and manage your subscription
- To monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- To send transactional emails (login codes, billing receipts)
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
5. Data Retention
- Reply content and metadata — stored indefinitely for your reference and our operational needs
- API request logs — retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Account data — retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email.
